James Lohan MBE, the entrepreneur who co-founded boutique travel specialist Mr & Mrs Smith, will join the panel of speakers at the annual Tourism Symposium (June 1-2). He will discuss customer service with the panel at the event, which already includes speakers such as designer Wayne Hemingway MBE and TV chef Rosemary Shrager.
