Mike Bugsgang becomes first CEO at GTOA

The Group Travel Organisers Association (GTOA) has appointed Mike Bugsgang to the newly created role of chief executive. The GTOA announced in November that it had started the search for a new chief executive to spearhead change at the trade body as part of a restructuring programme.
