Regional carrier Flybe has introduced a link between Newquay in Cornwall and Stansted as part of an expanded summer schedule from the Cornish airport.
A daily service from Newquay will start on March 26, with single fares leading in at £29.99.
The flight time of approximately 70 minutes compares to a journey by road that would take more than five hours, according to the airline.
Other links from Newquay have been introduced for the summer, including two flights a day to both Manchester and Glasgow, a twice-weekly service to Belfast and additional weekend connections to Birmingham.
A new winter service to Leeds Bradford will be extended into the summer with an increased frequency of five flights a week.
The changes mean that the regional carrier will be running a network of 12 routes from Newquay this summer with up to 64 flights a week.
