recruits former TTNG commercial director

Martin Andrew, previously commercial director at The Travel Network Group, has joined as chief operating officer.

His appointment comes as the company is planning expansion, with an increased focus on technology-led booking solutions for the B2B market.

The company’s field sales team is focused on bringing group transport booking technology to the education, corporate and travel sectors.

New B2B options include a Tripbooker portal, allowing organisations to access live pricing and book group journeys from pre-vetted suppliers.

The technology is designed to make it easy for tour operators and travel organisers to instantly price and add bespoke coach transport to their packages.

The Tripbooker booking and compliance portal is being showcased at the Business Travel Show in London (February 22-23).

Company managing director Mathew Hassell said: “We’re very pleased to have someone with Martin’s experience and commercial acumen in charge of the teams and spearheading the release of our new tech in 2017.”
