MBNA Thames Clippers is urging travel agents to promote holidays to London with visitor-friendly initiatives including a free virtual guide and moneysaving offers.
Tourists travelling along the Thames can use the operator’s free in:flow app, which delivers real-time audio guides in four language options – English, French, German and Spanish.
Using the in:flow app on their phones means visitors can also access discount offers for London attractions and restaurants, and tap into other information, such as opening hours and directions.
All of MBNA Thames Clippers’ range of tickets – including its hop-on, hop-off River Roamer and joint tickets with Emirates Air Line cable car – can be booked by trade partners via its dedicated agent booking portal, Mercatura.
The site also features the latest deals and offers for agents to sell, such as joint packages with London museums, galleries and attractions.
One highlight for this spring in the capital is the new David Hockney exhibition at Tate Britain, which is running until May 29.
MBNA Thames Clippers’ RB2 dedicated ‘Tate to Tate’ service allows tourists to travel between Tate Britain at Millbank and Tate Modern at Bankside.
