Mill Rythe Holiday Village on Hayling Island is introducing Christmas lunches for group travel organisers after trialling the concept during the 2017 festive season.
The Christmas lunches aim to introduce new groups to Mill Rythe, or give regular guests the opportunity to see what Christmas is like at the Hayling Island holiday village.
The Christmas lunch package runs from midday to 4pm, and includes a three-course meal followed by entertainment from the Show Cast’s pantomime Cinderella and some time for dancing.
Delegates at next week’s British Tourism & Travel show at the NEC in Birmingham will also get a taste of the entertainment on offer from Mill Rythe, which is owned by Away Resorts.
Dates for this year’s Christmas lunches are November 7 and December 5.
Cathy Murphy, head of group and park sales, said: “We trialled the Christmas lunch concept last year, and they sold out really quickly. They were incredibly popular with our GTOs and gave them a perfect glimpse of what Christmas is like at Mill Rythe – full of great food, entertainment and festive cheer.”
Mill Rythe Holiday Village also has Turkey and Tinsel breaks, starting from October 29, and other festive breaks including the one-night Massive Christmas Party experience on December 14 and Big Baubles Weekender on December 7.
Other entertainment at the resort includes soul legend Ruby Turner, the headline act at the Rock ‘n’ Roll, Reggae and Soul Weekend (October 12-15); the West End show, Eric and Little Ern (July 13-16); and Gareth Gates and Aled Jones headlining the Star Cabaret break (May 18-20).
