Budget chain easyHotel has announced plans for new properties to open in Milton Keynes and Chester.
The company acquired a 125-year lease on a site in Milton Keynes in January, and has now received planning permission for a 124-room hotel, due to open in 2019.
A 109-room hotel was acquired in Chester in April which is due to be developed into an easyHotel by 2019.
The group’s portfolio has risen to 28 with the opening of an easyHotel in Maastricht at the beginning of July.
It will also open hotels in Belfast in August, Leeds, Sheffield and Reading in September.
